Optional and New; Any kind of required furnishing or home electronics are on-hand and separately negotiable as to either sale, lease and or deposit fees. Pool: heatable up to 105 F; low maintenance; brand new paint; in ground gunite solid construction; new pump and heater system with separate energy meter; 3-6 feet deep, 15 feet across. Plenty of durable, comfortable outside furnishings available. Grill and smoker. Utilities: renter pays all separately metered (recently by city and private professionals) gas, electricity, water, sewage, trash. Plus 50 % of the separately metered pool electric and gas costs (owner pays the other 50% plus all pool water and maintenance. Pets. Negotiable after some discussion.
