Guests may park 1 car in the garage attached to the unit. The garage dimensions are 21'2" deep, 9 feet wide, and 7 feet tall at the garage door. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
