Within walking distance to stores, bank, post office, schools, and restaurants. Month-to-month rental agreement. Tenant pays for all utilities and takes care of lawn maintenance. Only 2 dogs allowed, perceived aggressive breeds may be denied due to insurance conditions. No smoking in the home. Date available is subject to change. Require verifiable income of 3x the rent amount and a minimum of 3 years positive past rental history from non-related and unbiased landlords. Tours will only be scheduled upon receipt of completed application and confirmation of meeting above criteria. The application we send is FREE, but there is a background check, $50 per adult, if applicants meet above criteria and wish to continue.
