The location of the condo is convenient, as it is just a short walk from beach access and is situated next to iFly, an indoor skydiving attraction. It is also within walking distance to the best local shops and restaurants in the Boardwalk area. The kitchen and bathrooms are fitted with custom granite counters and cabinets, adding a touch of luxury to the space. The living room is equipped with a 60-inch Smart TV, while the master bedroom and guest room have 43-inch and 32-inch TVs, respectively. In addition to its beautiful interiors, the condo also offers extra amenities for the beach, such as beach equipment including a cart and chairs. It also has a Keurig coffee maker, a standard coffee pot, and thoughtful details throughout. Please note that the occupancy is limited to three persons per bedroom in accordance with city health rules. The bedding arrangements provide flexibility in terms of sleeping arrangements, not occupancy. The rental period for this condo is one week, with stays available from Saturday to Saturday. EPA-certified cleaning products are used for the provided cleaning service. The linen package includes fresh sheets, pillowcases, and towel sets for six guests. Each towel set consists of a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Additional linens can be rented if desired. Basic toiletries such as bath tissue, paper towels, tall trash bags, and kitchen towels are provided, but guests are responsible for any additional supplies if needed. Guests can park up to two vehicles in the private lot of the condo complex. Small dogs are considered with a paid pet fee, and guests can contact the office for more information.
