Both bedrooms located on upper level. Fenced in private patio. Off street parking. Located in a nice subdivision close to Fort Carson and Peterson Air force base. Small pets will be considered with owner approval, a $300 non-refundable pet fee, $15 pet rent monthly. In addition, we use a third-party pet screening service as a required part of our application process, which costs $20 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet. There is a one time $200.00 Admin Fee for approved tenants for this property. This fee is to be paid with all move-in monies and lease signed before taking possession of the property.
