This townhome will be rented without the use of the garage, which has been converted into a 1/1 apartment, however, street parking is allowed. The townhome tenant will be able to use the clubhouse and the community pool if they contact the HOA and purchase a passcard. IMPORTANT INFO: The utility bills stay in the owners name, and the tenant in the townhome apartment will be paying 75% of the water and electric bill. The garage apartment tenant pays 25%.
