I am looking for a young man (or pair of men) ages 20 to 40 to join me in a townhome I recently purchased in Arcadia Lite, on 38th St. and Indian School. It's a 2 bed 2 bath, but I'm renting out only half of the place. Essentially, you get your own master bedroom, private master bathroom, as well as your own parking space, for rent of $900. I would still be using the other bed, other bath, and other parking space. We would share the common areas. Private (optionally) furnished master bedroom with big window, ceiling fan, plenteous closet space and private renovated bathroom. Soft carpet flooring and good lighting make for a instant homey feel. Shared spaces include the open floor plan parlor room, kitchen, dining room, hallway and front patio. Townnhome is one floor, includes keyless entry, french doors to the front patio, and updated shutters for maximum lighting. Tenant gets their own parking space and hallway closet space, kitchen cabinet space, and storage closet space can be shared. Keyed access to the quaint pool as well as a mailbox will be provided. I'm looking for someone to move in ASAP. I've attached some staged photos of the place, furniture will be different!
