This home is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features quartz countertops with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with additional smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances. Complimentary toiletries are provided. This home also features a dedicated workspace and an accent wall. Street permit parking is available for two vehicles. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It is a short walk to the Short North District, less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, a four-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium, a four-minute drive to the downtown Columbus area, an eight-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
