This home is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. Enjoy the comfiest king-size beds, quartz countertops with a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. There are three smart TVs, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer for your use. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and a coffee machine. Street permit parking is available for two vehicles. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It is a short walk to the Short North District, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, a 4-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium, a 4-minute drive to downtown Columbus, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
