This is an excellent rental. It's a quiet, spacious, recently renovated, two bedroom plus the Chelsea area is fantastic. I recommend you schedule a viewing as soon as possible. The rental's highlights include hardwood floors throughout. Nice touches add to the apartment's unique character including high ceilings. The windows pour in lots of sun to brighten up the space. For eating in, the apartment's kitchen has a window that opens and hardwood floors. You'll find stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a gas oven, a gas range, and a full-sized fridge. The bedroom has hardwood flooring and good storage. It's not a huge bedroom, but it's not tiny either. The bedroom should have space for a queen. The bathroom comes with granite finishes. It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's loved by tenants. This building is exactly that. Building amenities include: a great super and clean and lighted hallways.
