The highlight of this home is the stunning natural scenery, best seen from the expansive deck which offers full views of the picturesque Great Smoky Mountains. Relax and unwind in the hot tub while you take in the scenery and peace that comes with this quiet mountain abode. The home itself receives lots of natural light thanks to plentiful windows, many facing the mountains. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, complete with multiple seating areas. You’ll find the rustic furnishings throughout the house provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The downstairs common area also features a pool table for your enjoyment. This cabin features four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, while upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms with a king and a queen. The lower level offers a king bedroom and a media room with a futon for two. Additionally, there is a bunk bed located in the loft, each with a twin bed. Two half bathrooms are available in the common areas. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of four, $100 for each pet. Beary Cozy Cabin is located in a private, gated community, nestled in the quiet mountains. Since you’re immersed in nature, this home is surrounded by wildlife such as bears and raccoons, which may be attracted to garbage bags that may be casually left out. Take the garbage to the dumpster, and not left outside, for your safety and convenience. The dumpster location is in the detailed check-in instructions. Minimum rental age is 25. No parties, events or guests not included on the booking request. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes. No firearms or weapons. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
