This open concept condo is on the top floor with scenic river views of the Fraser River. Both the patio and windows are south-east facing, so you get TONS of natural light during the day. It's a perfect location and walking distance to the boardwalk, New Westminster Quay, Queens Park, ravine, trails, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Columbia Sky Train station (expo line) is just a 3 min walk, and a quick 35 min train ride to downtown Vancouver. The condo is just over 600 square feet and has an open concept between the kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom is spacious and has a large closet. There is also a large coat closet with built-in shelving, and large den/storage by the front door. This rental includes EVERYTHING you see in the photos (except the printer in the bedroom and the BBQ on the patio). Your home includes: -All furniture -All bedding (includes brand new duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases, mattress cover and sheets) -Decor items (plants, candles, throw pillows, blankets, art, mirrors, etc.) -Full set of dishes, cookware, utensils, pots and pans -Dyson vacuum cleaner -TV and remote -Electric fireplace (has a built-in heating function) -Patio furniture and set-up (includes lights) Extra basics included: -Basket with brand new cleaning supplies -Large stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex -Spice rack with assorted spices BONUS: -Small welcome gift for the tenant :) The condo comes with 1 underground parking stall and FOB.
