Fees due at signing the lease: first month rent $2100 plus one month security deposit $2100, move-out cleaning $150 plus any applicable pet fees. 2 small pets allowed. Pet fee $300. $350 FOR 2 PETS. Application process: $55 per person application fee. Upon submission of the application, we perform credit, background, reference checks and require proof of income and proof of funds (copies of bank statements, pay check stubs, W2) .
