Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing to the Manager. No cats are allowed. Dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. One pet per reservation. Weight limit: Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the art center, this apartment is also a 4 to 6-minute walk to a dozen different bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with many places within walking distance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
