The first floor consists of an updated eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and two large living spaces (one can be completely closed off and potentially act as a fourth bedroom). The second level has two large bedrooms. Great location, just down the street from plenty of entertainment and restaurants. *Lease Terms: - 1 small pet is considered with a one-time pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Applicants must fill out a PetScreening profile for each pet - this will determine the pet deposit and pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply. Please ask management. -No utilities included in the rent. Electric to be placed in the tenants name. Tenant is charged back the cost of water, sewer, gas, and trash. -Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. -Required $20 monthly Resident Package (see below for more details). -One-time $100 move-in fee (see below for more details). -Required $14.50 Liability to Landlord Insurance automatically applied monthly (including fees). *Applicant Qualifications: -Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent.
