More info available at Latitude 38. Beautiful light filled ground floor FURNISHED apartment in newer construction home (built 2011). All utilities (water, electric, trash, Comcast internet/cable) included. Patio with backyard. Hardwood flooring, wood clad walls, stainless appliances, in-unit washer/dryer. Apartment is fully furnished with linens, blankets, full kitchen of pots, dishes, appliances, cooking basics, first aid, laundry and cleaning supplies. You really just need your clothes and a laptop. We have had a few international tenants. Great for people working at the hospital. We are a home builder family (Jeff and Joey) who lives upstairs, with two teenagers. You will hear some sound, but the house is quite well insulated, We work out of an office in the backyard, but in general we are very easy house companions and very respectful of folks who live in the downstairs apartment. We love the neighborhood, it is super walkable to Downtown, UVA and West Main restaurants/shops.

This apartment is surrounded by green trees and plantings and gets tons of natural light. On the ground floor of our family's home, you will have a private space, but will feel as though you are around others. We have an office in the backyard where we run our homebuilding business. We have two daughters, who are 8 and 10, and they play outside and upstairs at predicable hours 7-8am and in the evenings until 7pm.
