The balcony has ample space to lounge and drink your morning cup of coffee or favorite afternoon beverage while overlooking the pool and spotless pond. It's an oasis view right at your door step! Outside the unit you have meticulously maintained pool and parking area. Moments away is the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and sprawling sands of Surfside Beach. Dining options such as Pizza Hyena, Chimichanga Llama, The Gracious Pig, River City Café, and more are all within walking distance of your home away from home. Other thing to note: This property is completely non-smoking This property is NOT pet friendly. Guests are allowed 2 vehicles Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or other recreational vehicles are not allowed per HOA regulations. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Linen price is factored into final price of stay. This unit is available for monthly rentals starting January 4 through March 4, 2025. Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,495.
