Off street parking for 1 car, resident only parking on street. No laundry in the building, but a great laundromat is just down the street. This building is occupied by mature, quiet and respectful tenants - THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Rent is $1,550/month with a 5% discount for on-time payment making it $1,475/month. Utilities not included, except hot water. Gas bills for heat are very cheap. Available July 1st, no smoking on the property (including marijuana and vape).
