Feel at home in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home, offering a quiet and comfortable stay just minutes from Cartersville Medical Center, Bartow Marketplace, and LakePoint Sports Complex. This home features a main-level master suite with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bath. Upstairs, you will find one king-size bedroom, one queen-size bedroom, and one twin-size bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, blackout curtains, hotel-quality bed and bath linens, and comfy furnishings. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, kitchenware, and cooking basics. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Outside, a propane grill is available for use, complete with a cleaning brush and tools located in the kitchen. Driveway parking is available on site, and a backyard is also accessible. Children and pets are welcome, with pet fees applying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1–6 nights; $15 per pet, per night for 7–28 nights; and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. For extended stays, a mid-stay clean is required for 40–60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $20 per hour. A $25 fee is incurred every 15 minutes after a 15-minute grace period for late check-out. If the cleaning team is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. For mail delivery, temporary arrangements can be discussed, with shipping expenses and independent contractor time passed onto the guest. For lost items, retrieval and shipping can be arranged, with all shipping charges incurred by the guest. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bartow, this home is just minutes from Cartersville Medical Center, Bartow Marketplace, and LakePoint Sports Complex. This is a non-smoking property; indoor and outdoor smoking or vaping is forbidden. Evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense for additional sanitation. Events and parties are prohibited. External CCTV monitors the entryway and driveway, and sound sensors will activate for prolonged noise disturbances. A gathering of anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation will be considered a party. Additional charges may apply for excess pet hair, dander, odor, waste cleanup, or damages. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes, and failure to disclose an ESA before arrival may impact the reservation and result in applicable pet and cleaning fees. Checkout is at 10 am unless approved in advance. Electronic monitoring devices, including exterior security cameras and video doorbells, actively monitor audio and video on the exterior of the property. Interior devices actively monitor temperature, humidity, and sound decibel levels. Smart Home devices like Amazon Echo (Alexa) are equipped with a microphone mute button and do not record or store audio. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling any electronic monitoring devices. The rental's 'unlimited' internet plan includes 1.2TB per month (around 40GB per day), and exceeding this limit may impact speeds. Internet is provided as a convenience, with no guarantees for specific speeds or preferences, and no refunds are issued for outages or slow speeds. This property utilizes a septic tank, and guests are asked to only flush toilet paper. General maintenance and landscaping are handled by independent contractors, and due notice will be provided if a work order is fulfilled during your stay. All trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin on the side of the home, then rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for early Friday morning pick up; failure to do so incurs a fee. Neither the property owner nor the Management is liable for damages or refunds due to system failures (heating, cooling, water, electrical, etc.), but efforts will be made to promptly repair them. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by unforeseen occurrences like weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or acts of God, and no refunds are available for such instances. Guest personal property, including vehicles, is not insured by the owner or HOA, nor is personal injury insured by the owner/management for reasons other than the premises' condition. Management recommends guests obtain their own insurance, and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and management from claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees. For bookings where a trusted partner acts as the merchant of record, all standard transaction and processing fees incurred by the partner in handling your payment are non-refundable, and a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs if a refund is issued.
