About This Property

This 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom house is a great location. right off campus between House of Pizza and the SMAC. Large private bedrooms, each with large closet. Wall to wall carpet throughout. THIS UNIT HAS A ONE YEAR LEASE, June 1 to May 31. Full sized washer and dryer provided in the basement Tenants pay electric. The house is heated via Hot Water radiators with Oil fuel boiler and is included in the rent. Rent is $605/month each, for 3 enrolled Millersville University students, a total of $1815/month. Three students must apply together. There is a one month security deposit required to reserve the House; $605. each - total of $1815. Off street parking (1 space) in the driveway available, and in the small additional driveway (1 space) to the left of the house. There is an additional paved area on the opposite side of the street across the house (1 space). Heat, WIFI, water, sewer, and trash removal are included in rent. Apartment will be clean when you move in, and must be clean when you leave or you will be charged for cleaning. The carpet must be professionally cleaned as well. Tenants have the responsibility of lawn mowing and snow/ice removal, including slate path to 33 Mary St, the Tiny House in the back that is a short term rental through AirBnb. You must complete Rental Application on-line There is a $24.99 rental application fee per student applicant. All students require a parent or guardian co-signer. There is a one month security deposit required to reserve the unit. It will be returned at the end of the rental term less any damage or cleaning fees. A lease is required and must be signed by all 3 students and their co-signers.
