Tucked away in a safe residential neighborhood, we are steps from the beautiful Atlantic ocean and are located minutes from the bus and trains. Seasonally, we even have a ferry! Winthrop is host to numerous delicious family owned restaurants as well as many quick eateries. We welcome all travelers and can't wait for you to be our guest! *Our unit is furnished and ideal for long term travelers and students. *The rent includes all utilities. * The lease is month to month. * We are around the corner from public transit, making a trip into Boston quick and easy. *Each bed has a thick memory foam pad providing you a luxurious good night's sleep. Beds are king & queen size. Both bedrooms offer a small closet and/or bureau and night stand. * Towels, linens, & decor are updated constantly to give a fresh and clean feel to our sparkling space * The unit offers a good sized full bathroom and large shower. *Our cozy space is garden level and requires the use of stairs-unfortunately we are not handicap accessible. *We are the optimal space for those who want to experience Boston, business travelers, couples, and students. Unfortunately, we are not equips for children under 18. *We have just renovated the kitchen space to include a brand new stainless steel kitchenette complete with a sink, counter space, stove top, storage and a mini fridge/freezer. *We provide the use of the ROKU for the television as we do not have cable. ROKU provides endless options of television, shows and movies. *We now have a brand new heating and cooling system as well as table top fans. *Enjoy the beach! Steps away you will find the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. There are several beaches in and around Winthrop. *Our suite is located inside of our home but is private. We will not access your space unless you ask us to do so, rest assure that your comfort and privacy are well respected. *Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and parking passes are required (and we can easily help you get one if need be). Please do not park on the street without a pass, you may get a ticket. We provide you the left side of our driveway for your vehicle. Please note we have 3 older children so we do not offer silence. Normal household noises are to be expected, however nothing excessive. Our children are in school most of the day and at afterschool activities until dinner.
