If you're into Yoga, there's Portland Power Yoga and Lila Yoga about a 15 minute walk as well too! Rent is for a 12-month unfurnished lease. Will entertain short-term furnished rentals for a higher monthly rent as I do this for Visiting Nurses, Medical Students, Residents and Working Professionals. Utilities Included: Electric, Gas, Water & Sewer and Storm Waters. Small pets are welcome for an extra fee $50/month. No Smoking Policy.
