This unit is located in the basement. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Upon departure, please ensure the home is tidied up with all garbage bagged and recycling gathered by the sink. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for untidy departures. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. The suite includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
