It’s been great living here so far, and continues to live up to my expectations.The location is 10/10, love the noda area as well. Great access point to everything. The staffs are great and friendly, communicative and responsive. The common areas are kept clean and well maintained, and I haven’t had any issues accessing any of the amenities! :)

I absolutely love my new apartment! The location is a huge plus—close to everything I need while still being in a quiet, peaceful area. Package room could be more reliable. Staff are a highlight of this complex, Sam and Ebony are always helpful and kind. Gym has improved but machines could be serviced quicker. I enjoy living here and will likely renew again

The apartments are super nice and unique, the staff is always understanding and great and handling issues. The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful. Gym has been upgraded which is a bonus

30Six NoDa Apartments are beautiful, safe, right on the light rail and above and around plenty of walkable bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and live music spots. The amenities are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s in the perfect location to all the fun stuff that NoDa provides!

Loving my time at 30Six NoDa! The building is so clean compared to some others in the same area, and has so many amenities. Plenty of parking in the garage, and central to NoDa on the light rail. The staff is also always super friendly and supportive when needed. I've lived in other communities in NoDa, and this one is by far my favorite.

I love it here and would renew were I not moving for graduate school. The dog owner community here is wonderful, and the staff are attentive and kind. This location cannot be beat, and I have never had a problem come up. The residence is clean. My only ONLY suggestion would be updated gym equipment, mainly the treadmills because I love running year-round, even in NC heat. The stairmaster was a great addition.

The place is nice however the events have went down and aren’t inclusive with dietary restrictions where as in the past the events were inclusive. The gym machines have constantly been breaking. But the apartment and the community itself is lovely. The pool and other things are nice to go too.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The property is well maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping that make it feel welcoming. I appreciate the modern amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse, which add real value to everyday life. Noise levels are generally low, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transit nearby. Safety is a priority here, and I’ve always felt comfortable walking around the complex at any time. One area for improvement might be more frequent updates or communication from the leasing office, but overall, I’m very satisfied. I have been at 30six NoDa for almost six years now and still love it. I feel safe, the amenities are great, and it’s in the most walkable neighborhood as well as right on the light rail which is perfect to hop on and head to work or outings in the city!

Very nice and understanding staff, convenient location, prices comparable with other apartments in the area. Package room fairly consistently has issues but not super major, just fairly inconvenient at times. Hallway carpet upkeep could be better in some areas but isn’t too bad. (Animal waste / trash persisting for multiple weeks before cleaned) OCD nitpick: uneven installation of overhead lights in hallways, light switches, outdoor paint. Not a major issue at all, just somewhere improvement is possible. Over all, a decent building with very nice staff.

I have really enjoyed the Manager Sam--he is wonderful! The property events are a lot of fun and I have created a community here because of them. The location is also incredible! Right along the light rail and walking distance from a bunch of bars and restaurants. My difficulties with the property are that the package room is a nightmare and it takes so long sometimes to find my packages. In addition, there are many pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs. My dog can barely find a spot in the grass--it has gotten so bad that I have considered moving because of this issue. Hopefully they will find a solution soon!

I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.

Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features. The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop.

Unfortunately, we’ve been waiting on a part that’s on backorder, and there have been issues with the magnetic strip, but it should be fully operational soon. We hope the team can address these issues and improve access to amenities to match the high standards set in other areas.
