It's also right next to shows at the Overture Center and the comedy club, music venues like the Majestic and the Orpheum, and all of State Street and the Capitol Square, and just a couple of blocks from both lakes. The building itself is great with its own convenient parking, a gym, a secure package/mail room, and business center. The unit is a very spacious, contemporary one-bedroom and bath. The interior is very nicely done, with sleek and modern finishing, with built-ins in the entry closet, the laundry closet, and the HUGE walk-in closet in the bedroom. Common areas are very nice and well taken care of and cleaned very often, and the view from the apartment of the Capitol and down W. Washington is beautiful. We are only leaving because we purchased a place of our own in the same building. The building management is on-site and very professional. Landlords are excellent and easily accessible." Electricity and gas heat (winter months only) are extra. Parking is available for additional fee. No smoking. No pets.
