White noise machines and fans are provided in every room to ensure a restful stay. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Guests must use the front door for all entry and exit; the back door is for emergency use only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night will be charged. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Photography or commercial use on the premises requires written permission from the host. Original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children.
