New sliders lead out to your private deck, where you'll find a propane gas grill just steps off the deck - perfect for eating outdoors in warmer weather. There you may also cozy up to the wood burning chimenea in the evening for quiet relaxation. A wood burning fireplace is available to enjoy in the living room during colder months. Also outside is a newer outdoor shower available during the warmer months of the year. This home also has Central Air! New Washer/Dryer enclosed by new barn door closet. Optimal occupancy is 4. Linens, towels and 4 beach chairs along with caddy to assist bringing to the beach are provided. A dog 40lbs. may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Weeks are going quickly, so please reach out soon to secure your week/month. Absolutely NO SMOKING. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking Note: Tenant required to pay a cleaning fee,15% short term occupancy tax.
