About This Property
This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has recent renovations throughout the home and it has a great layout. It is a beautiful home with charming features and it's one of the newest homes we have renovated. Located close to uptown, the greenway, and ECU's main campus, this home is on the same street as many of the Greek houses and it is always a favorite. Mr. Newman grew up in this home almost 80 years ago (He is famous at antique road shows and he refurbishes old antiques bringing them back to life). When he owned the home, it was completely full from floor to ceiling to various treasures. But, once we got it cleaned out, it showed out. After we finished remodeling the home, we invited Jim and his family to come and see the transformation. They were delighted to see how beautiful the home turned out. We look forward to showing it to you! Grid houses in walking distance to ECU! Want to see more homes in the grid? @ or on IG @ec_leases To schedule a tour (humans respond!)
