The space is a 900-square-foot garden apartment tucked away for your privacy but located only a few blocks from downtown Annapolis. We have parking, a private entrance with key box for a flexible check-in/check-out time, and a fenced-in back yard. NEW - A 20\' x 20\' patio with a lounge area, gas fire pit and access to a gas grill. Please feel free to find your zen in our new expanded Garden area. The space is divided into a few areas - a living room with a comfortable queen size fold out couch, chairs, a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, convection oven, hot plate, cookware, refrigerator, plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, mugs, a dining area with a 4 seat table, and a separate bedroom with a Westin Heavenly queen size Bed. A 42-inch tv is provided with access to Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, etc. High-Speed Fios Internet is provided. Shampoo/Conditioner and soap are provided. Toilet paper, bath towels, and extra blankets are provided. There are a few emergency toiletries under the sink. If you need something like Advil/Benadryl etc, just text us! There are plenty of k-cups for coffee (with cream and sugar) in the morning! Please help yourself. Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper will all be provided. Please note: There is not a conventional stovetop in the unit. We want to provide a hotel-level experience with more convenience, better hours, and at-home comfort, so please let us know while you\'re here if we can make anything better! We are kind of germaphobes ourselves so you can be assured that you\'re room/sheets/towels/bathroom are meticulously disinfected and cleaned before your visit and cleaned by a professional maid service. Cleanliness and privacy are our top priorities. Others have loved the space because of its proximity to attractions, & the free parking!
