Two bedrooms, one bath, WALK-IN master closet, NEW carpet, fireplace, ceiling fan, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pantry room, electric central heat and cold air (brand new unit 2025), 1st floor unit (no stairs to climb), outside deck for grilling, one assigned parking spot and plenty of guest parking, beautiful large pool and clubhouse, pets are allowed up to a 25 pounds if your dog is larger you can get a ESA license (emotional support animal license) online. I can show you how it's done. These are the condo association rules, not mine, and they are very easy to circumvent. NO ONE SHOULD BE WITHOUT THEIR BEST FRIEND! Rent is $1650 with a $1650 deposit. Rent includes trash, sewage, and water. Lease is a two-year contract; 'WILL NOT' entertain a one-year lease, so do not ask. Must fill out application and credit report (and have good credit), before any showings. Will consider a lease cosigner or a three-month deposit for anyone with poor credit.
