Water, sewer, and trash removal is included .Security deposit $720. City Parking can be obtained in the municipal lot (covered) for additional cost of $30 a month. We do allow cats for additional $250 deposit and $20 additional rent per month. Maximum of two cats. Please note we do background checks on all applicants including verification of employment and income.
