Welcome to The Dunn Right, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom ranch-style retreat in the heart of Bryan-College Station. This newly remodeled home offers a perfect blend of Western charm and modern luxury, making it an entertainer's dream. Located just 1.5 miles from Legends Event Center, 1.6 miles from Texas A&M, and a quick 7-minute drive to Kyle Field, this property places you close to all the action while providing a private oasis to return to. The backyard is an entertainer's paradise with a fully turfed yard, a sparkling cocktail pool that can be heated, a gaming area with cornhole, multiple covered patios, and a grill for a Texas-sized feast. Inside, the home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including 3 king bedrooms (one with a private ensuite and walk-in shower and another with an ensuite half bath), a queen bedroom with a private entrance and ensuite bath, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The massive kitchen is fully outfitted for the chef in your group, featuring ample counter space, a Keurig coffee station, Ninja double-basket air fryer, toaster, blender, and electric oven and range. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy banquette-style dining area for six or seven. The main living room offers a huge sectional, extra seating, and a 65” Smart TV for movie nights. Additionally, there are two full sets of washers and dryers for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a $150 one-time fee per pet, which must be paid before check-in. Dogs must be potty trained and housebroken. Any pet urine stains will result in a $250 fee plus the cost of any damages. Additional damage caused by pets will be charged at full replacement cost. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired before check-out, or a $150 fee will be assessed. The property features an above-ground pool for your relaxation. If the pool requires draining and refilling due to improper use, a maintenance fee of $1000 will be charged. Events are allowed with prior approval, a signed contract, and a minimum $250 fee on top of the booking amount. An additional deposit of $500 is required, paid directly to the owner. Situated in Bryan-College Station, this home is ideally located just 1.5 miles from Legends Event Center, 1.6 miles from Texas A&M, and a short 7-minute drive to Kyle Field, ensuring you're never far from the action. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. External cameras are installed for liability and security purposes, facing the front door, pool, and side of the home. These cameras may be monitored at any time, and tampering with them is prohibited. Outdoor lights must be turned off by 11 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing all personal items before check-out. Any items left behind can be returned at the guest's expense, including a $50 handling fee. Trash is collected on Wednesday, and recycling is collected every other Thursday. Guests will be contacted about placing these items out if it occurs during their stay.
