Property Ratings at 3078 N Fratney St

Not what was expected!
This apartment has the potential to be great but sadly the property management company is less than desirable. We moved into a dirty, mold-infested, broken down apartment which was not how it appeared when we viewed it months prior. The landlord did assist with the necessary repairs but we spent a good three weeks cleaning on our own. Things continue to break down in the unit due to what seems to be years or careless upkeep, or no upkeep at all. The property manager is helpful bit not very nice. He often questioned our complaints as if we were making it up. For example, water was literally pouring through our kitchen ceiling because the maintenance men messed something up above us, and the manager initially questioned my claim. It was pretty easy to prove so he did send for repairs. If you move here just expect a lot to break down and rude...but prompt...responses.
