Featuring new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new high-end LVP flooring, a private side patio, a large front and back yard, granite countertops, wheelchair access, a storage shed, A/C, and more, this house is within walking distance of all that downtown Redmond offers. The house is part of a duplex, and the other side is an Airbnb, but a strict quiet time of 10 pm is requested from both sides of the duplex, and parties are not allowed next door. Rent is $1995 per month, plus $400 in utilities, which includes electric, water, sewer, and trash service. For move-in, I am asking for first month's rent and a $1500 deposit. Looking for tenants who value communication! A little about me: I'm straightforward, hardworking, and don't use property management, so you can always contact me directly. I enjoy being hands-on and will fix any problem you might encounter in a timely fashion.
