Welcome to the Victory Drive Retreat, a beautifully restored 1920s multi-unit property designed to host groups seeking comfort, privacy, and an unbeatable location. This property includes four private units—three inside the main house and an independent carriage house—and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Feel at home in this perfect home base to explore Savannah comfortably and conveniently. Together, the units include 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 full kitchens. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. If you wish to refresh your towels during your stay, a washer, dryer, and detergent are available at the property for your convenience. The property includes 4 off-street parking spots, a rare convenience in Savannah. Additional vehicles may park for free in the alleyway behind the property. Early check-in (12 PM–3 PM) is available for a $35 fee, subject to availability and cleaning schedule, and can only be confirmed the evening before arrival. Located along iconic Victory Drive, one of the city’s most historic and recognizable corridors, you’ll enjoy quick access to Forsyth Park, the Historic District, River Street, the Starland District, top restaurants, coffee shops, and essential conveniences. It’s only 3 minutes to Forsyth Park, 5–7 minutes to the Historic District and River Street, quick access to the Starland District, and a short drive to Tybee Island. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of the other residents on the property as well as our neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum. Unit 1 (first floor) is occupied by a long-term resident, so please be especially mindful of noise near this area. No parties or events are allowed, and you may not exceed the maximum number of guests or have additional overnight guests. Local guests must contact the host before booking. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts incur a $100 fee. Guests must remain reachable through the booking platform throughout their stay. [SI]
