There are six stairs to access the unit and then within the unit there is a nice division between the living,cooking,and entertaining area with approximately six stairs to the upper level where the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located. Water views from every room with a lovely private balcony and electronic awning that comfortably sits multiple chairs for seasonal boat watching. A new kitchen light is currently getting installed and new white kitchen appliances have been installed. They are a GE (stove and microwave) and a Whirlpool (dishwasher). Shared laundry room is located on the same floor. Sorry,no pets per condo rules. There are two unassigned parking spaces. No smoking. No barbecue on balcony per city ordinance. Guests welcome but must be announced at the security gate and obtain car pass to enter.
