Water pressure may sputter due to the well pump but should quickly return to normal flow. The cabin is on a private septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Be mindful of property boundaries and do not enter outside of boundaries unless on the river shore. There are two accesses to the Elk River, one on the northeast corner and one on the northern side of the property downriver. Water levels may vary due to weather conditions. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
