This location is great for shopping locally at the Tanger Outlets, Costco/Sam's Club or dining and enjoying entertainment in Pooler or a quick hop on to I-16 to downtown Savannah (Uber ride $16.00 - $22.00). This townhome offers a modern vibe throughout. The Morgan Pines townhome offers an equipped kitchen with full-sized new appliances, cooking/dining essentials and a coffee bar. The separate dining room includes a full-sized table and wet bar. An uncovered patio is located off the kitchen and includes an outdoor patio set. The laundry area includes a washer/dryer set iron and full-sized ironing board. The master bedroom sets off the kitchen and includes its own en-suite(shower/tub combo, full-sized mirror, double sink hair dyer and linens, and large linen closet), queen-sized bed, new comfy mattress, and cozy bedding, tv("43"), and large walk in closet. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the townhouse near the front door and off the second full-sized bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full-sized bed, new comfy mattress, cozy bedding, tv("40"), and large closet. The bathroom is a full-sized tub/shower combo, single mirror and single sink, hair dryer, and bathroom linens. This townhome is a pet-friendly home and a pet park is conveniently located in the community and is within walking distance. A non-refundable ($200.00) pet deposit fee will be charged at lease signing. This townhome offers a 2 car private driveway and overflow parking is available near the townhouse. All utilities, WiFi, security system/Fire & Carbon Monoxide detectors are included in the rent as well as the community pool and gym access. Lastly, there will be a cleaning fee of $250.00 charged at the end of lease.
