Condo offers full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, flat screen TVs, DVD player, king bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom, queen sleep sofa. Also features assigned parking space and security coded building access, swimming pool open in season and barbeque grill near pool. Seasonal weekly rate- $117-$240 per night plus tax and cleaning fee. $800 refundable security deposit may vary. Monthly rate $2200 for Oct. Monthly rate for June 1-Sept. 30 is $2800. MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION. THIS CONDO has it all!
