The apartment is just a few blocks from the light rail, and not far from downtown Denver. This is a great location in an area with a neighborhood feel. The apartment has hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, gas stove, and a dishwasher. There is a small private yard area off the back of the kitchen. It is not big, but it is enough to let a dog out or have a bbq. It is a nice amenity, as any sort of private yard is difficult to find in an apartment. We are dog friendly in this apartment with a few restrictions concerning temperament of the dog. Parking is available off street at no additional charge, and street parking is not a problem in the neighborhood. Utilities are individually metered and heat is provided by a gas forced air furnace. Water is provided by the owner and trash is provided by the owner. I am asking $1195 for this apartment and it is available for immediate move in pending a credit and background check.
