Perfect for students, young professionals, and travel nurses. NO SMOKING/VAPING, pets/animals. Main level has a total capacity of 3 people who share a kitchen & bathroom, basement can accommodate one or two people and has its own private bath and kitchenette. All candidates must pass credit check and income verification. Co-signers are welcome. Due upon signing first month's rent $500 + Security Deposit $500 ($300 refundable when returned in good condition).
