All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50 non-refundable fee) and are subject to a credit and background check. Security Deposit is equal to one month of rent. Proof of Renter's Insurance required at move in. Please note: All showings are by appointment only, Monday -Friday are during daytime hours only 9:00 to 6:00, Saturday 10 to 2 PM - No showings on Sunday or Holidays.

The small city of Barberton is a suburban community located just southwest of Downtown Akron.
