This home features WiFi, a smart TV with cable TV available by inquiry for an additional cost, all utilities, a fully stocked kitchen, a designated workspace, a coffee and tea station, an outdoor seating area, a charcoal grill, and a washer and dryer. If there is a particular amenity that you are interested in but don't see on the listing, such as a pack and play or high chair, one can be made available. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC between each stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $40 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $90 will be charged only if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning needed to ensure the property remains clean for the next guests. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee.
