For your enjoyment, luxury bathrobes are provided in each bedroom, along with coffee, cream, sugar, tea, games, puzzles, books, a record player with albums, televisions with Roku players in the living room and master suite, bed linens and towels, a desk area with printer, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, umbrellas, a blender, a Keurig, a microwave, pots and pans, a griddle, a crockpot, a George Foreman grill, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Outdoor spaces include a front porch with a bench and porch swing amidst gorgeous shade trees, landscaping around the cottage, decorative outdoor string lighting, and a back deck area between the cottage and detached workshop. Outdoor seating for 6 is available. There is also a charcoal grill with grill tools, and metal dinnerware for outdoor dining. Parking is available on the quaint ribbon drive or on the street. Historic Downtown Springdale is a little gem in Northwest Arkansas, with major revitalization projects underway. The Razorback Greenway is only 0.3 miles away, and it is only 0.1 miles to the center of Downtown-Emma Ave. Local downtown shopping includes Cellar Door Antique Store, Hello Local, Sire Mercantile, T.H.E.Avenue NWA, Organic Creations, Phat Tire Bike Shop, Whimsy Whoo Downtown, and more. There are also many local places to hang out and grab a drink including The Odd Soul, Emma Ave. Bar and Tap, Black Apple Crossing, Bike Rack Brewery & Coffee, and Trailside Coffee Co. Additionally, our downtown houses J.B. Hunt IT offices, WhyteSpyder tech company, and Startup Junkie. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid, otherwise, a $1000 fine will be charged. Pets are not allowed, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited, and smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
