About 3021 Woodland St Ames, IA 50014

I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment over the summer. It's just a 5 minute walk West of campus; perfect for engineering students. The apartment was just remodeled this last semester with new carpets and paint. There's also plenty of parking (easily fits 4 in backyard parking lot and 2 in garage). The apartment backs up to a forested area with a walking path and fire pit. There is a shared washer and dryer unit in the basement of house. We have a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave and a ton of cabinet space. The living room is also spacious (we fit a large screen TV, dining table, large couch and love seat). You would be able to move in Friday, May 13th and the lease goes until July 31st. The building is quite unique, and has a lot of character. The hallway walls have almost no 90 degree angled corners..
