There is 1,250 sq. ft. on the main level and 1,250 sq. ft. in the walkout basement. The main level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and a large master en-suite bath with his and hers separate vanities and step-in shower. The adjacent bedroom has its own large bath with tub/shower unit. Great room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The spacious kitchen has all stainless appliances and ample cabinet space. A large eat at bar and dining area provide plenty of seating. From the dining area you have access to the large rear deck. The main level laundry has full sized stacked units. The great room, kitchen, and hallways have solid oak hardwood flooring. Baths and laundry have tile. Bedrooms have carpet. The walkout basement features a large bedroom and bath. The bath has a tub/shower unit. The basement family room has a nice built in wet bar and ample space for everyone. Large double patio doors let in plenty of natural light. Basement flooring consists of carpet throughout, with the exception of tile in the bath. To round out the basement, there is plenty of storage space as well as a nice sized craft / project room. Overall the property features new recessed LED lighting, granite countertops throughout, comfort height tall vanities, all new plumbing and electrical fixtures, ADA height toilets, all new paint, switches and receptacles upgraded, and all new door knobs and hardware throughout. Rear yard has a nice wooded border with privacy blocks and wildlife viewing. The Cape bike trail is just around the corner and you are close to everything Cape has to offer. The flat double driveway leads to a spacious two car garage. Covered front porch is accented by well maintained landscaping and yard area. We provide mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal plantings. Lease term is one year minimum and multi-year leases can be discussed. Each adult must fill out an application and there is a $35 application fee for each application submitted. Credit / background checks will be obtained on each adult tenant. A credit score of at least 680 and a monthly verified consistent income of at least 3 times the rent amount is required. We do not accept housing vouchers. Tenants pay all utilities. No smoking / vaping in the property. One small pet (dog or cat- 20 lbs. or less), can be considered on a case by case basis.
