Not a bad choice

For the area, the rent is agreeable. The property is managed by Kalles Property Management, which is a fair but somewhat cold and unfriendly entity to deal with. (they mostly do commercial property rentals.) The dumpster situation leaves something to be desired, they are not enclosed and bums go through them leaving garbage on the street. It looks tacky. Parking is slightly better than one usually gets with an apartment, since you have a driveway and a garage. (though the garage is not powered, so... nobody uses it for their car.) The properties themselves are alright. A little cramped, there's just a living room, no dining room. They also require a full months worth of rent as a security deposit, which seems excessive to me.
