This studio suite features a queen bed dressed in crisp white linens, warm wood floors, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy a bright window with room-darkening shades, a full bathroom with fresh towels and bath essentials, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. For your convenience, air conditioning, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided. A Pack 'n Play is available, making this suite family and infant friendly. Paid parking may be available on a first-come basis. Rideshares are plentiful in the area. A pet-friendly policy is in effect with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors to the unit remaining closed while smoking outdoors. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; tampering with these cameras will result in a $1000 fine. A $500 fine will be issued for parking violations, including unauthorized vehicles. A $500 fine will be issued for parties/events/gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. Initial consumables and towels/linens are provided; additional supplies are available for a fee.
