It is 2-3 miles from the Downtown area, 2-3 miles from Ocean Beach, 2-3 miles from Pacific Beach, 1.5 miles from the airport, 3-4 miles from Mission Bay, 0.7 miles from Liberty Station .... Bike paths are two blocks away and will take you to all. All of the occupants/neighbors are wonderful and good people! Enjoy living in the center of it all, next to water, biking and walking trails, parks, sailing, boating, beaches, pubs and eateries ... and the best of our best city!! This is a 2-year new clean and private studio apartment. There is a laundry room onsite and very nice, clean building with nice, professional neighbors. To qualify, you will need a good rental history and demonstrated ability to pay. I pay less attention to the credit score. Qualifications include at least $3500 in monthly income and a demonstrable and verifiable rental history. Security deposit is payable in 2-3 payments, if you don't have the entire amount at the beginning of the lease.
