There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach, and guests swim at their own risk. Guests may encounter tropical insects and amphibians due to the tropical climate and proximity to water; the space is treated regularly for pests. Snakes such as water moccasins may be seen on occasion, especially near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to adhere to a non-smoking policy; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. There are to be no pets on the property without prior written authorization. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am; any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property without refund.
