The backyard is a shared space with the studio rental in the back of the home. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home, there will be an automatic $350 charge. Bi-weekly groundskeeping is performed on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. A rental agreement must be signed after booking is complete.
